Family Special: $185 (max 4) with 2 adults and 2 children ages 16 and under.
Extra Persons $20 each per night during July and August
Roll-away beds are $15 each per night.
All rates are subject to current Maine Sales Tax (currently 7%).
Rates are guaranteed only on advanced reservations accompanied by a deposit of
at least one night’s lodging.
Holiday and special events are subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
Deposits are refunded upon notice of at least 14-days prior to arrival date less
a $25.00 service charge. Reservations during July and August normally require a
minimum stay of two or three nights.
We accept all major Credit Cards.
Sorry, all of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke outside
under the covered patio or in the backyard picnic area.
